Sports Floor

SBR crumb rubber is produced from end-of-life tires through sorting, shredding, removal of steel and fiber, and granulation to the desired particle size (e.g., 0.8–4 mm). This high-quality infill delivers excellent shock absorption, energy return control, and long-lasting elasticity. Additional processing, such as EPDM blending or UV/microbial stabilization, ensures enhanced durability for professional sports floors and gym applications.

Construction

In construction, crumb rubber is separated into coarse (4–20 mm) and fine fractions and applied in asphalt modification, concrete admixtures, insulation, and subfloor layers. Production includes washing, particle classification, and lab testing for moisture, density, and impurities. In asphalt, it improves elasticity, crack resistance, and vibration damping, enhancing overall structural performance.

Automotive

Automotive-grade crumb rubber undergoes precise sieving, ultra-cleaning, and testing to ensure particle consistency at micron levels. It is used in gaskets, vibration-damping sheets, matting, and filler components. The material’s mechanical flexibility, compressive strength, and thermal stability are optimized for automotive standards, and additional rubber compounding or chemical modifications can tailor properties for specific applications.
